Specific attention was given to some follow-up exchanges that took place among the participants from Mostar, Subotica and Osijek. Presentation of the activities was prepared by Ms. Stanka Parac, Project manager.

Ms. Olga Perusic and Mr. Massimo Gobbato introduced the participants with the visibility activities implemented, more specifically with the design of the posters, leaflets, electronic Newsletters, Intercultural publications prepared by LDA Subotica and Osijek.

Preparation activities for interim reporting were discussed with particular focus on evaluation methodology – by the partners and by the collected feedback of the participants in the project events.

Presentation of the first documentary film background was made by the UK partner representatives. The filming will be organized in Osijek and in Baranja county, collecting personal testimonies combined with narrative parts describing the wider context of post-conflict reconciliation in the region.

During the concluding session, draft activity plan for the second year was prepared, with specific attention on organizing the Local Democracy School (Youth training seminar ) in Osijek in September, participation in joint Program presentation in Brussels in October and the final conference in Mostar, in March 2010.

In her evaluation comments, Ms. Erika Kudlik, representative of the Lead beneficiary expressed satisfaction for the level of co-operation established among the partners included in the action, and also for the contents of activities implemented. It would be important to strengthen the communication between the local governments of Subotica, Osijek and Mostar in seeking potentially new follow-up activities within the thematic scope of intercultural governance at local level.

Next meeting of the Steering Group will be held in Osijek at the end of September 2010.
